First, the hydraulic rock drill impact mechanism does not impact the repair method
1) No hydraulic oil pressure
① Check the operation of the mine equipment control mechanism and control system;
2) The tightening screw is unbalanced or bent
② Remove the tension screw to relieve the tension, and tighten the screw in turn with the specified torque;
3) The piston is scratched
③ Replace the rock drill on the drilling device, and send the broken machine to the repair room for repair; Remove the tail and check whether the piston moves freely when pushing and pulling by hand. If the piston is difficult to move, it means that the piston and sleeve have been scratched, and the sleeve needs to be replaced, and the piston may also be replaced.
4) The valve is scratched
If the piston can be moved by the above method, but the valve cannot be moved, the valve should be removed for inspection;
Second, the hydraulic rock drill impact oil inlet hose vibration abnormal
The accumulator is faulty
Check the air pressure in the accumulator, and re-inflate if necessary. If the accumulator cannot maintain the required pressure, there may be air leakage at the air nozzle or the diaphragm is damaged, and it should be replaced.
Third, the working efficiency of the hydraulic rock drill impact mechanism is reduced
1) Insufficient oil or pressure
① Check the oil pressure on the pressure gauge, check the operation control mechanism and its system, if there is no problem with the latter, then the impact mechanism must be faulty, see fault (1);
2) The accumulator is faulty

3) Seal wear of the bit tail rebound absorber
③ Replace the rock drill on the drilling device, send the broken machine to the repair room for repair, replace the seals, such as oil leakage in the head, that is, the prediction of failure;
