High-Strength Material
Double Wall Casing utilizes Q355B high-strength steel as the primary material for its shell and machined joints. With a yield strength of 355MPa, Q355B steel significantly enhances strength, allowing it to withstand greater external pressures and impacts. Especially in applications with diameters ranging from 520mm to 2500mm, the high-strength material ensures structural stability and safety, effectively resisting erosion and damage from external factors such as soil and groundwater.
Premium Forged Joints
The forged joints are made of 25CrMo alloy steel, which boasts excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Compared to traditional materials, 25CrMo alloy steel forged joints offer about 30% higher durability, directly enhancing the reliability and longevity of the entire Double Wall Casing system. In complex underground environments, forged joints serve as crucial components for connecting pipelines. Their improved durability translates to extended system lifespan, reducing maintenance and replacement costs due to joint damage.
Double-Wall Structure Design
The double-wall structure design of Double Wall Casing not only provides an additional physical barrier, effectively isolating the internal fluid from external environments, but also significantly enhances the pipeline's pressure resistance and deformation resistance. Compared to single-wall structures, double-wall Double Wall Casing boasts an average lifespan increase of approximately 50%. Application
Casing is used to minimize loosening of the soil structure around the pile during the drilling process.The use of casing is compulsory ,if even with a supporting suspension,the ground to be drilled is unstable ,and collaps of the bore hole wall must be expected.
Casing tubes must run ahead of the drilling process,to forestall loosening of the soil structure below the bore hole bottom.
